WJ-870 wire stripping machine is an efficient wire stripping equipment designed for high current and large-size cables (such as 70 square cables). It adopts advanced modular design and precise mechanical structure to ensure efficient, accurate and stable stripping processing. 1. Modular design

2. High-precision gearbox

3. Dual-motor wire feeding system
*The upper and lower wire feeding adopts dual motors to control separately, which makes the wire feeding more accurate and the operation more stable. Compared with the traditional single-motor system, the independent control of the dual motors effectively reduces the problem of wire slack or uneven tension, ensuring the high efficiency and stability of the stripping process.

4. Hard knurled synchronous wheel

5. High-precision tool holder design

*The wire inlet hole adopts high-quality ceramic eyes, which not only prevents damage to the cable, but also has extremely high durability and reduces friction on the wire.
