CS-S805H is a multi-core wire cutting stripping machine,an automated or semi-automated device designed to strip the insulation from multi-conductor cables (up to 6 cores) quickly and precisely. Function:
1. Stripping of outer sheath and core insulation layer:
* Stripping of outer sheath and core insulation layer: CS-805H multi-core wire stripping machine is mainly used to strip the outer sheath and core insulation layer of multi-core cables to ensure that the insulation layer is completely removed without affecting the internal metal conductor of the cable
* Adapt to different sheath materials: It can handle a variety of cable sheath materials, such as PVC, PE, rubber, etc. According to the different hardness and thickness of the sheath, adjust the stripping depth and strength.
2. Multi-core cable processing:
* Multi-core stripping: It is suitable for stripping the insulation of the outer sheath and core wire of multi-core cables, and can process up to 5 core wires at a time. Multi-core cables include control cables, communication cables, etc., with different numbers of conductors. This machine can accurately handle the sheath stripping of each wire.
* Uniform stripping: The stripping machine can ensure that the outer sheath of each core wire is stripped evenly and completely without causing damage to the wire.
3. Automatic feeding and stripping:
*Automatic feeding: Equipped with an automatic feeding device, it can feed the cable into the stripping system and control the feeding speed and position of each wire to ensure a smooth stripping process.
*Automatic stripping control: Through an advanced control system, the stripping depth and stripping length are automatically adjusted according to the cable specifications to avoid errors caused by manual adjustment.
4. Adjustable stripping depth and length:
*Adjustable depth: The stripping machine is usually equipped with a precise tool adjustment system, which can adjust the stripping depth according to the sheath thickness and material of different cables to ensure accurate removal of the outer sheath without damaging the internal insulation layer.

*Multi-core stripping and cutting: In addition to outer sheath stripping, CS-805H also has functions such as cutting and processing core wires, which can complete multiple processes at one time, greatly improving work efficiency.
*Multi-layer stripping: Supports multi-layer stripping function, which can continue to strip the middle insulation layer or shielding layer after stripping the outer sheath, suitable for more complex cables.
6. Automatic detection and control:
